What's the thickness of the 10cmx10cm sized wooden plaques?
Each coaster sized wooden plaque is 1cm thick.
What's the size difference between the 10cm plaques and the 18cm plaques?
You can fit approximately four 10cm plaque in the space of one 18 cm plaque
How much is shipping? Do you ship overseas?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. International shipping is available.

Are the pieces waterproof?
A majority of the pieces are water-resistant due to its lacquer coating, however, I would not recommend keeping the piece submerged in water for prolonged periods of time.
Can I wash my pieces?
Yes, please wash gently and do not put them in the dishwasher.
Keep lacquered pieces away from rubbing alcohol as that will dissolve the lacquer coating.
Will orders be exactly as pictured?
I will be using the same template to burn the design so the design will remain the mostly the same, however, the grain of the wood will differ and perhaps some minor differences as they are manually hand burned. On certain pieces, warping or crack patterns may also vary. There will be some variation in the designs on wooden spoons as these designs will each be hand drawn as tracing is not possible with the concave surface.

What are items labelled [PROTOTYPE]?
Prototypes are pieces that were made early on with less experience. These pieces are "rougher on the edges" in terms of craftsmanship as they were, in other words, the guinea pigs of the batch. However, I have offered them up for sale for those who may be interested.
Where are the goods made and what is the currency?
All hand-crafted goods are made in Canada and the currency is in CAD(Canadian Dollars).
I want to order more pieces, but it won't let me or it's out of stock.
Items that are out of stock usually mean the product is far in a waitlist on the production line. Please email me directly to place your order and I will give you an estimate of how long the production process will take.
How long will backlogged orders take to arrive?
Backlogged orders apply to out of stock items. This means I will have to first create the piece before I can ship it to you. There may also be other orders on waitlist before you so please email for more information if your order is urgent. I will do my best to accommodate your order.
How can I make a custom order?
Please email me to discuss custom orders. I can create a design for you or you can send in an image of your desired design. Quoted price will be based on the design. Please include a suitable "Subject" in your email such as "Wooden Plaque Custom Design Inquiry".
I see a design on your social media that I want as a print, but it's not available on your website as a print.
Please email me directly with this inquiry and we can negotiate the production of your desired print.
Do you accept general commissions (Prints, Digital Art, Sketches, etc.)?

Where do you order your acrylics?
As with any business, we all have our company secrets~!
Please don't push this question as the sourcing and research process is one that is long and grueling and each seller will have different opinions on preferred sources, but feel free to do your own research if you're curious in creating similar things!
